Amol Salukhe
Amol Salunkhe is a seasoned and strategic Human Resources leader with nearly 20 years of experience across India and the Middle East. As the Director of Human Resources & Global Talent Strategy at Bravo Delta HR Consultancy, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s global workforce operations, recruitment strategies, and HR frameworks.
Amol holds a Master’s degree in Labour Studies from MILS, Mumbai University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, giving him a strong foundation in labour relations, compliance, and organizational behavior.
His career includes a notable 16-year tenure at Voltas, where he led HR functions across multiple business units including Unitary Products, Water Management, Landscaping & Irrigation Projects, Facilities Management, and MEP Turnkey Projects across India and the Middle East.
Prior to Voltas, Amol contributed to HR operations at Ion Exchange and Gharda Chemicals, building extensive expertise in industrial relations, personnel management, and employee engagement.
At Bravo Delta HR Consultancy, Amol brings this depth of experience to drive strategic HR initiatives and workforce development programs across global markets.
He has successfully mobilized over 10,000 resources for major MEP, Civil, and Oil & Gas projects across Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. He has also developed scalable HR and administrative frameworks aligned with GCC labour laws and compliance standards.
Amol has designed and implemented employee lifecycle programs covering onboarding, compensation planning, training, engagement, and workforce development. His expertise in competency mapping and workforce planning has played a key role in aligning Bravo Delta’s HR practices with international recruitment and operational standards.
A Certified Business Process Assessor, Amol combines operational insight with strategic leadership to strengthen Bravo Delta’s commitment to efficient, ethical, and people-centric recruitment solutions across geographies.
